Jiangyin Jiahua Advanced Material Resouces Co., Ltd. is a joint venture which was established by AMR Canada and Jiangyin RE Material Factory on Oct. 28, 1993. Covering an area of more than 82,000 square meters, now the Company has assets of Rmb180 million. There are 550 employees, among whom, about one hundred of employees are professionals and specialists who account for 19% of the total employees. The Company is well designed in layout with very beautiful environment equipped with advanced production process and analytical instrumentation. It is really a garden style production base. The current annual production capacity is 3,000 tons.
　　The Company is mainly engaged in producing single rare earth oxides and co-precipitates, among which, high purity Lanthanum oxide, high purity Yttrium oxide, high purity Yttrium-Ytterbium and high purity Yttrium-Europium are the main products. In the meantime, the Company produces various high purity analytical RE basal bodies (RE relative purity 99.99%-99.999%). The Company is also doing the R&D on standard substance such as Yttrium oxide, Yttrium-Europium. More than 70% of the products are directly exported to abroad, and AMR directly sell to South Korea, Japan, India, U.K., France, Germany, Holland, Norway, Russia, Austria, Australia, USA and so on. We have many sales offices in the world and we have formed our own sales network. Through years of efforts, our products have gained the reliance from our customers and are very popular in world market.
　　In Year 2017, the sales arrived at Rmb300 million. Both the quality of the products and the economic benefit are in the leading position in national RE industry. With the gradual scope expansion of the Company, we are putting more efforts in internal management. In 1996, we became a UL registered company. Furthermore, the Company passed the assessment of China Center for Environmental Management System at the end of Year 1999. In 2002,we successfully transferred to ISO9001-2000 version. In 1999, we passed the assessment of ISO14001. In 2000, our Analytical Laboratory was awarded as Jiangsu Provincial Class One Analytical Laboratory and the Lab. successfully passed the renewal assessment (which is conducted once four years) in January of 2004. And in April of 2005, the company got the national laboratory approval.The company is responsible or partly responsible for drafting out nine national standard analytical methods on Lanthanum oxide, Praseodymium oxide, Yttrium oxide, Yttrium-Europium oxide, micro-calcium, micro-cerium, determination of specific area of RE oxides and so on; and for reviewing the other ten international methods. The Company has perfect R &D laboratory from both small test and medium test work, and the R&D laboratory is coordinating with the R&D lab of AMR Europe in Abingdon and the R&D lab in Israel to develop new products for customers.
